The work behind a solar or storage plant

We manage the EPC path from approved design to a commissioned plant: engineering, procurement, construction and handover for photovoltaic and energy-storage projects.

Engineering

Engineering sets the plant that will be built. Layout, electrical architecture, structural interfaces and construction packages are prepared so procurement and site works follow one specification.

The brief may be a ground-mount array, a rooftop system, a battery plant, or a hybrid site. The output is a coordinated design that construction can actually execute.

Procurement

Modules, inverters, batteries, transformers, cabling and balance-of-plant are sourced to the approved design. Logistics are planned with the construction sequence, not as a separate afterthought.

Substitution on site is not the default. If a component must change, it is reviewed against the same engineering package before it is released.

Construction

Site works cover civil interfaces, mechanical installation of arrays or storage equipment, and electrical installation through to the point of connection agreed in the design.

Inspection points sit in the construction plan. The Singapore office remains the counterpart for programme questions while work proceeds on site.

Commissioning and handover

A plant is not complete when the last module is fixed. Testing, protection checks, grid-connection support and as-built documentation close the EPC scope.

Handover is the point at which the client receives a working system and the records needed to operate it. Ongoing commercial terms, if any, are agreed separately.
